         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>why do we need Fibre?</strong> <br>Fibre is an important part of a healthy balanced diet.          <description><![CDATA[<div>What is it?<br>Fiber is found in different foods and it helps your body in different ways such as a healthy diet.&nbsp;<br><br>There are two different types of fibers which are soluble fibers they dissolve in your digestive system and help reduce the cholesterol in your blood.&nbsp;<br><br>The other type is insoluble fiber this does not dissolves in water it passes through your gut helping other foods move through your digestive system. This keeps your bowel healthy and prevent digestive problems.</div>]]></description>
