         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li>It is painless.</li><li>Basal Cell Carcinoma is a slow growing cancer, which does not usually spread to other areas or spread very fast.</li><li>This form of skin cancer is usually found on the exposed parts of the body such as the scalp, ears, face, neck, shoulders, and back.</li><li>Basal cell carcinoma is sometimes found on the unexposed parts of the body because of exposure to arsenic and radiation or in areas of old burns, scars, or tattoos.</li></ul><div><br></div>]]></description>
