1. Traditional male work （1）In finance, men will have stronger decision-making abilities, and they will be more rational in considering issues than girls.

（2）Surgeons, who do medical research, have a heavy load, and men will be more resistant to stress

（3） Workers: Because men are stronger

2. Patriarchal social attitudes are deeply rooted, gender discrimination still exists in some businesses, and women are still disadvantaged in terms of access to and confidence in career opportunities. Marriage and childbirth are often the main concerns of women who are discriminated against in employment and are therefore unable to pursue career opportunities and achieve their own professional development on an equal footing.

1. Due to some prejudices, women are unfairly treated as drivers, forensic doctors, lawyers, researchers and so on. People tend to think that women are not bold enough, not professional enough and not smart enough. Novel Coronavirus has led to a dramatic increase in violence against women and girls. As a result of lockdown measures, many women are forced to stay at home with their abusers and have difficulty accessing services that have been cut and restricted. The latest data show that violence against women and girls, particularly domestic violence, has intensified since the pandemic began.

2. Women's progression in the workplace continues to be held back by barriers such as bias around pay and promotion, difficult workplace cultures (i.e. sexual harassment), tensions between balancing work with care, and a shortage of quality part-time work with a good wage potential.
