Concrete steps to turn it into an opportunity:
We’re streamlining the product line to three flagship pieces and co-creating them with young designers and artisans. This focus lets us run small, high-impact drops, test demand quickly, and build a stronger brand story with minimal resources, turning our constraint into a launchpad for growth.

Concrete steps I can take to turn this into an opportunity are to start small by creating a simple pilot in one school space, gather feedback from teachers and students, and use those insights to attract partners or funders who believe in scaling the solution. By treating limited resources as a chance to co-create with the community, I can design something more practical, affordable, and impactful.

The concrete steps i can take right now include ; leveraging partnerships , piloting a low-cost prototype and crowd source data and tools from local communities making them co-owners and reducing dependency on external funds.

Limited access to advanced machinery and equipment, such as a full-scale industrial extrusion machine, restricts our production capacity and ability to meet market demand efficiently.

Opportunity:

We are turning this limitation into an opportunity by forming strategic partnerships with local fabrication labs, technical universities, and engineering hubs to co-develop and locally assemble machine components. This not only reduces dependency on imports but also strengthens local innovation ecosystems and creates training opportunities for youth in advanced manufacturing and circular economy solutions.

I plan on focusing on one task at a Time regardless of "urgency"

However, what initially appears as a roadblock is, upon strategic reflection, our greatest opportunity: the chance to embed co-creation into the very DNA of our technology. My lack of technical expertise prevents me from building a solution in isolation. It forces me to move away from a top-down approach and instead adopt a deeply collaborative, human-centered design process. I cannot build an app for the farmers; I must build it with them. This limitation becomes a catalyst for authentic partnership. With fellows or community members experimented in this field.

My personal problems seem to be weighing on me too much, there is hardly time to carry it all and even if I can, my brain won't assimilate well enough.
