Basically, they researched in two ways using some students studying in their university. However, in their research, they want to find a way to collaborate mobile learning into the educational process and an online sociological survey with using mobile phones among the students. This research was done by the Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University in Kazakhstan, Moscow State Automobile and Road Construction Technical University, Moscow, Russia and North-Eastern Federal University (NEFU), Yakutsk, Russia. At the same time, these researchers try to connect students and teachers in a proper mobile platform with the best quality system. Besides, they focused on some activities that can be done using smart mobile phones under the digital platform. For example, they covered up watching YouTube videos, downloading files, messaging on the forum, uploading assignment reports, taking part in video conferences, social networking, and creating forms for conducting online surveys. Additionally, there is a system created to reduce controversies situations with student and teachers in exams, results and other student-teacher activities. The article shows how to sort out some matters that outcome from using mobile phones under the “Discussion” title. They summarized their results and proved with some examples under them. However, the final output was positive and the students' feedback also good.

Basically, researchers focused on students' health and mental issues. Using smart phones for studies is easy and currently we can’t work without it. But it occurs after an extended period of health and mental issues mentioned in this article and what are the treatment can we do. The main victims of this young generation and school students. But here, we mainly focused on the young generation who completed school education. They said, students succeed in their educational purposes, but they lose their mental and health situation after they become mature. There is not a doubt about smart phones are the best item for students as a learning tool. An In mentioned here and we also know, why we get these illnesses after using smart phones. For instance, we mostly spend our time with mobile phones. After that we become addicted to that, and we think we can’t do anything without it. This second article shows how it happened under the conceptual framework in the bottom of 3rd page. And they mentioned some physical activities for reducing addiction to smartphones. They find out there are two main futures in smartphones student mostly used. For instance, a short message system (SMS) and games. In Schools, there is limited uses, but in universities all students have unlimited facilities to use their mobile phones without any barriers. According to my opinion, we should have a self-control when we use our mobile phones.

Bust priority for students. In advance, this research aims to investigate the impacts of mobile device use on the education process and educational outcomes from a systems perspective. Mobile devices are the key part of a student-centered ecosystem. Additionally, it looks to pinpoint the mediating factors that influence the results of learning. Earlier studies which tried to show how smart phone use affects learning were not successful in doing so. And the researchers generally pay their attention to Use of mobile devices, digital distance education, e-learning, mobile learning, self-regulated learning, and student-student and student-instructor communication areas. They try to develop those key areas with innovative approaches. In this article, page number 86 shows us the process of the learning management system and next page shows the research module chart also. It’s described to choose a self-regulated learning strategy and reach the desired learning outcomes; technologies provide students with the capability to continuously evaluate their grades and adjust the study plans in each course. Also, in this study, mobile technologies are examined from a comprehensive angle to learn more about the role of mobile device usage on learning outcomes for online courses. The other research path is the digital distance learning method, that is the results of this study prove that distance students' use of smart phones has a positive impact on their cognitive learning process and perceived learning outcomes. This article studies found that students use a wide range of mobile devices to conduct tasks connected to their courses.

However, this mainly referred to access for library knowledge when you can access any place. According to the 2nd article this was pointed out under the advantages. So, here is an example describe in widely under this article number four. Basically, this online library facility is received by university students and other higher educational students. With easy of carrying smart phone is extremely popular usage of in library studies. So, there are lots of feathers in each mobile phone to access online library service without any delay. So, various browsers and web pages are available for that. For instance, Google chrome, Google schooler, etc. And here, the researchers compared some electronic items with smart phones and find out what is the most usage and what is the suitable device for online learning. Based on this library title, researchers introduced the DL library system for students. It means, dynamically loaded library facility to objectively understand the performance of DL libraries, they developed the first comprehensive benchmark for them in this work. The outcomes contribute to illuminating the entire DL libs ecosystem. It supplies a strong overview of the implications on top of the data for researchers and developers. As a summary of the main subject, all students should have to depend on any kind of smart phone for their highest studies with limited control of it. So, we have control over smart phones when we're better used without over dependency.
