1. it has taught be not just to look at the problem, but beyond it — to have an open mindset and be keen on new suggestions

2. innovating on your own takes way too long. with others’ skills and talents (like the strong debater from my fun group !!), you get challenges viewed from several different perspectives, giving you an edge above the rest.

3. the world isn’t going to wait for you. make a smart decision, and choose fast.

how i would apply these takeaways in a classroom setting as a monitress:

1. certain class conflicts need quick thinking and action, where solutions to problems may not be foreseeable or straightforward. creativity is an essential skill in such situations

2. there are many many extremely different - and all unique - people in class, hence numerous varying viewpoints. with everyone chipping in, the ideas come much more affluently and even better than any singular person’s work!💓

3. we each have our own lives and shouldn’t trouble others or drag them down; so the ability to seethrough and make choices quickly is absolutely important

3. I would help my CEC members and support them. I will listen to everyone's views to improve our class. I will try to put myslef in other's shoes and try to think of what i would do in that situation and how i would solve it

1. I learnt how to be more accommodative and open when listening to others’ suggestions and ideas

How I would apply these takeaways as a monitress in a class setting:

1. This helps me to be more attentive when listening to others’ struggles or issues they face in a class setting

2. This allowed me to better describe what I am thinking so my classmates would also be able to better understand what I am trying to say

3. I would be able to be more open to working with classmates I have not normally spoken to to gain new insights

• I learnt about time management and it can help me reduce procrastination to stay on task.

• When I am in doubt I should raise my questions. Even when I am unsure about my suggestion, suggesting it would be better than keeping quieter because it may help the overall result be better

• Cooperation between teammates results in success. During group projects like AAs teamwork between teammates to actively complete their assigned task would help the team stay on track

Question 3 :

• Teamwork between classmates is needed to ensure the overall well-being of the class. For example everyone should do their duty assigned to them on the duty roster to ensure the class cleanliness. As a monitress, you should ensure that the class is completing their duties. You should also be participating actively in doing your duties because keeping the class clean requires a team effort and you are part of the class.

• As a monitress, when my classmates have conflicts between that requires a third party to resolve, you should listen both POVs before trying to settle the argument. The resolution should be fair to both parties.

• When something is assigned to you by the teacher, finish it as soon as possible and do not push it back.

-I learnt to communicate well with my team members and the importance of teamwork in everything we do

2) I think these takeaways really made an impact on me as without teamwork, I would not be able to run the class as smoothly and as confidently.
