I can strengthen my spiritual system by removing my mask when praying. We need to remove our masks when we pray/talk to God as a sign of love/respect to Him. It is important to pray because we talk to God through prayers to give Him gratitude for all of the wonderful things He has done unto us, to ask Him for forgiveness for all of our sins, and to ask Him for guidance to live everyday as faithful Christians.

2. I feel God's grace everyday when I wake up and see my family and loved ones. My family and my life are the greatest blessings that God has granted me. Seeing them everyday makes me realise how blessed I am to have them in my life.

3. One of the insights I gained during this recollection is that God is Good. These may be just three words, but these words really mean a lot. God is truly good to us all even though we are all sinners.

I can strengthen my spiritual system by exposing myself to the one who love me. Like focusing on myself, my family, my friends and most especially to God. Because when you’re surrounded with positive people, they can influence you to be like them. And I think it is a big help to strengthen my relationship with God.

2. I feel God’s grace because despite all of the things happening in our surroundings, my family and I are safe and healthy. God never left our side, when we are facing problems, my family and I always pray and after we pray it suddenly lighten up our feelings.

3. My realizations after the Lenten Recollection, is that when we do good to others, the goodness we gave to them will return to us without expecting it. God make sure that we deserve the best in this world and we deserve to be happy.

2. From the moment I wake up in the morning to the moment I put food on my plate, I am aware of God's grace. But I heavily feel God's grace when he answers my prayers, and feel the blessings I receive from him. 

3. The takeaway from this Lenten Reflection for me is that God loves us. He took a chance by giving us free will to choose our own choices, even if they lead to sin, but he always saves and forgives us.

  • I can strengthen my spiritual system, first, is by staying spiritually close to God, especially in these difficult times. And this is because, although we are all physically distant from one another this shouldn't be a reason for us to be spiritually distant from God too, instead, through prayer we should try our best to always stay close to God and always maintain a strong connection with him despite the problems we are going through. By doing so, we will be able to ask God for his guidance, strength, and protection, so that he may continue to guide and protect us as we continue living our daily lives.
  • Every day of our lives is a grace from God and is something we must always make the most out of, and at the same time praise him for giving us another day to live with the people we care about. Even the opportunities and blessings we receive every single day are also grace from God, because not only does it show his generosity and kindness but it also reminds us all that God is Good and that he truly loves us all equally. And so knowing all of this gives us all the more reason to praise and thank God for everything that he has done for us and for always watching over us.
  • One of the realizations I had after the Lenten Recollection was that God is Good, and this is because not only has he provided us with his unconditional love, protection, and mercy, but he is also always there for us whenever we need him the most. Despite the many sins we have committed in our lives he still forgives us and keeps blessing us with many graces and opportunities every day. This is why the least we could do to repay him back for everything he has done for us is by keeping a strong connection with him and praying to him every day and as often as we can.

Offering myself to God makes me stronger because I know that in offering myself to God I will be able to grow stronger, braver, and smarter. Praying to him and trusting him with all of my heart also helps in strengthening my spiritual immune system since it helps us to grow closer to God and have a stronger faith in him.

I feel God's grace in my everyday life but one of the experiences where I felt his grace the most is when I was losing hope already, I was really mad at everyone, and when I say everyone as in everyone even God himself, I was blaming him for all the problems that I was encountering and it came to the point that I was asking him why did u let me encounter all of these? Do I deserve this?, days passed I solved my problems one by one and that's when I realized that he is always with me and that he never left my side even for a single second.

    3. My insights after the Lenten Recollection are, First, God is good and he will always be good to us and share with us the blessings that he has. By engaging more intimately with God, our society, our environment, and ourselves, I may strengthen my spiritual system with God.  God has a special relationship with every one of us. We submit ourselves to God in order to have a deep connection with Him. Finally, have an everlasting connection with God. Prayer is the most powerful instrument we have towards deepening our connection with God. Our human connections, like our relationship with God, grow and deepen by communication and prayer.

    2. Feeling God's presence has been one of the greatest gifts of my life. Living my faith involves allowing God to be present in my everyday life. Receiving God's grace by faith, which is more like a flow of our heart towards God, can be another way to feel God's grace. Grace finds us and greets us just where we are. Being in the presence of God is similar to being in the company of a friend or family member. It's as straightforward and tangible as being in the presence of a person, with the exception of one basic truth and that God never left. May we simplify what it means to feel God's presence today and acquire more confidence in our ability to do so for ourselves.

    3. After the Lenten Recollection, I realized that I believe it is necessary for any human being to achieve that glorious and incomparable pure condition in which he experiences the presence of God's grace within oneself to the extent of everything else. His love for us is boundless, but he yearns for a relationship with each of us. Often times, as humans, God bestows his bounties on us and we fail to see them as we are consumed by our own selfish desires. I think that God will assist me get through the rough times in my life. That, I believe, is what faith is.

    1.) Spending time with God and putting Him first in everything I do will help me strengthen my spiritual system. It is fundamental that we nourish our spirit, mind, and heart through Christ with faith and love. We can do this by having a conversation with Him through prayer and reading the Word of God. Eating is necessary to sustain life, as well as nourishing yourself with righteousness, which draws you closer to and more faithful to God. There is no such thing as "I don't have time for God." There is always time for it; you just don't make the proper schedule for it, or you just don't make effort on putting time for it.

    2.) God's grace embraces me on a daily basis without even asking nor noticing it myself. He has always provided the things I was so worried about. I'm the type of person who usually makes small circumstances a big thing since I overthink too much that I don't feel like stepping forward anymore. As mentioned in the song "In Jesus' Name", "God is fighting for us, pushing back the darkness" He did in fact fight for me every day and mostly I don't see that He is working and helping me clear up the bad thoughts. When I feel alone I feel Him embracing me and taking away the pain. He is the friend you will always have. No time, place, weather, or anything can stop reaching out for each other. I feel the presence of God's grace as well for sustaining my family a healthy life, food, water, clothes, money, work, etc.  And I have no words left on how grateful I am.

    3.) After the inspirational recollection, it reminded me that everything around us happens for a reason. Can be a lesson, a warning, or a test. One phrase that was stuck in my mind since I was a kid in my Sunday School is that "God is good, all the time." Look how many sins I have committed, and yet there He is still forgiving and giving me another chance at changing my actions. He never gave up on me, instead, He kept on fighting for me to help me when I was on my knees thinking I was helpless. All I needed to do was ask and seek for Him so I would find the light full of hope and, trust.

In order to strengthen someone's relationship is communication. We communicate to God by prayer and God communicate with us by His Word, the Bible. For those who are in Christ is already part of God's family, which is a very big family, with God as our Father, and Jesus as our Brother and Friend. (Romans 8:15) Got to be honest, I sometimes fear to offer myself to God, because I'm afraid what I might lost when I followed Him, or sometimes I fear that God might not approve of me because I didn't do specific things. I began to be anxious if what I might lose or if God would be utterly disappointed to me. However, I was reminded in the Scripture that by grace in Christ, you are saved, not by your works (Ephesians 2:8-9), and God infinitely loves that is why He sent His Only Begotten Son to die for our sin, so we could receive the gift of salvation by faith. It is by His grace and power that I change, not by my own effort, because if it does, I'll just be burdened and collapse. But sometimes the lies of the devil keeps whispering at my ears, but I always remind myself that it is by His mercy and grace, I've been saved. So first communication and second trust(faith).

    2. When I accepted Christ as my Lord and Savior last year, at first I began anxious what should I give up or not, what should I do to serve Him. Should I do this or that, or God would be disappointed at me I had a panic attack during that time on what should I do to keep my salvation, because if I didn't do something, I might lose my salvation. Right now, I began to realize there are some demonic forces attacking trying to take me down as fast as possible, because I accepted Christ in my life, and they don't want me to have life, but rather be condemned and die for all of eternity. But right now, there are still doubts, but God comfort me with His Words. He always remind me it is by His grace and power I am saved, not by my own effort or my work. He is like said to me, "Child, let My grace work in you, transform you, and redeem you." I did not feel but rather experience God's grace in my life, even right now. First, when I accepted Christ as my Lord and Savior and got saved, secondly, how God change me even right now, third, I feel godly sorrowful when I sinned or compromised my faith, fourth I got hungry to pray to God and read His Words. Did you know during my old life, I am addicted to 🤬, everyday I watch it, but right now, I still fall, but I feel sorrowful afterwards, I wanted to be free from it, I am disgusted by it and myself whenever I watch. Another thing in my old life, I do not read the Bible, I do not pray that much (I maybe pray but you know not in the heart), but right now when I am in Christ, I talk to God like my Father, I got hungry for His Words, and did you know when I didn't read for like 2 days, I got hungry and drought, and there is a voice inside me saying "Read, read, read" and it got stronger and more frequent when I didn't read for like days, and it proves that I have the Holy Spirit dwell within me. Another is that my perspective in life changes, and my l have a desire to create a comic story that glorifies God, since the face I like anime. I feel more disturbed with worldly ideas presented in movies, shows, music, etc. But there are also times that I feel numb with God, you know that feeling, and became anxious when the devil's lie whispered at me, but I keep saying to myself "the world may change, people may change, but God, my Heavenly Father, never change, and He loves me not because of me, but Christ who is in me, and I got saved because of His grace not because of me." This life of us believers is a battlefield, our enemy is not of flesh and blood but by the forces of spiritual pure evil.

    3. My realization that struck me the most that let God love you, because I have the idea that if I do something God will approve me, but I was so wrong about it. Let God love us, let God's grace transform us, let God's grace redeem us, and let God's grace to save us. We should be stop to have a mindset if I do this God will approve me, no, those good deeds and merits won't impress God and will not cover you sin, but rather humble yourself, repent and accept Christ as your Lord and Savior.

When life's difficulties arise, God's great and precious promises are what keep us from succumbing to fear and doubt. The Bible is the only place where God's promises can be found. Daily doses of God's Word are required for spiritual health to be maintained. The Bible reveals God's character and God's revelation of himself to his people. We see God's holy, unchanging, faithful, gracious, and loving character in each section of the Bible. When we study the Bible, we have a better understanding of grace, mercy, and unfailing love. We are reminded that His desire is to purify and cleanse our hearts.

    2.) God is always with us. With everything, from school and work to family and friends, in those short and quiet times, I feel Him the most. Despite all the challenges and difficulties, I remain strong because that is what God wanted me to be.

    3.) One of my realizations after the Lenten Recollection was God is good. God is good all the time. It's not just what he does, but also who he is, and who he is never changes. He’s always there whenever we need Him or not.

Strengthening my spiritual immune system, in my understanding and remembrance based on his sharing, is the ability to handle and withstand reality, with all of its ups and downs, and to communicate more profoundly with God, our society, and myself. One method is to listen closely and prayerfully to what the Holy Spirit has to say to me while strengthening my spiritual immune system. Read the Bible, ponder on it, have a strong moral compass, go to church on a constant schedule, serve God and others, establish meaningful relationships and lives, and give/share are just a few ways.

    2. In contrast to others, I am more aware of God's grace in difficult circumstances. I frequently seek God's grace amid my problems, sorrows, and troubles because I know it exists. We all recognize that we can rarely avoid His presence, so I believe that He is with me through the difficult moments and that His grace is with me as well. But I wouldn't dispute that God's grace is always there in the mundane events of my daily existence. God provides me with grace in a variety of little ways, but these everyday blessings mean a lot to me.

    3. Following the recollection, I recognized that I should be grateful to God for everything I have, big and small, including my family, friends, and everything else. I've learned that things can only become better in this life if I accept the things I can't alter or even have. And all I can do now is to have faith, give it my all, and pray since nothing is too impossible with God. In some simple situations I feel God's grace like joining a contest with a lot of people starring and judging me but with God's grace I was able to calm myself and be a better person than the past. The good deeds that I do will surely make God happy and the good deed will spread on to others until the day comes that evil and hate will be gone from this world. I will be able to strengthen and nourish my spiritual immune system by preserving my relationship with God and reinforcing my connection with Him. I can do this by simply praying sincerely every day. Prayers are very straightforward, yet many of us are constantly forgetting to do them, even though they are one of the strongest instruments towards strengthening our relationship with God. Prayers also allow me to expose and bring myself closer to God so that I may feel his guidance and protection and so that my faith for Him stays unrelenting and secure.

    2. A good example of when I feel God's grace is whenever I feel my mother's embrace. My mother's embrace is warm and comfortable and personally, I think that this is God's way of showing his affection towards me. It also shows me that God gave me loving parents and that I can never hope to repay God for the innumerable blessings He has bestowed upon me.

    3. I think one of the my notable insights  after listening to the Lenten Recollection is that we are truly blessed and loved by God, and He reminds us of this every day, we only need to open our eyes. None of us can ever hope to repay God for His blessings, none of us ever will. But that doesn't mean that should prevent us from weakening our faith and our love for God. It is our duty and obligation to maintain our faith for Him and we are all tasked to spread this same love to everyone else. God expects of us to help those in need and to assist others when we can. Most importantly, I think that after this Lenten Recollection, I have learned to love and appreciate my family more because they are here to love and protect me and, in a way, it is a reflection that God is also here to love and guide me towards a future that awaits me.

To improve our spiritual immune system, Bro. Andreus taught us that we must simply let God love us as is. We should accept and allow God’s love to flow continuously in our lives. His love transcends everything, and we must come to see that. Through nourishment by praying, attending Mass and understanding His word, we allow His love to flow and therefore strengthen our spiritual system. In everything we do, we must be sincere and thankful to our Lord, and only good things will follow. 

    2. Every waking day, God graces us with blessings. Even merely opening your eyes, seeing the beauty of your surroundings is a gift from the Lord. Having a roof above your head and food on your plate are also experiences where we feel graced by God. Above all these, my favorite instances with His grace would have to be the times when I am at peace. Sometimes, it gets hard for me to compose my thoughts and words, but feeling His presence certainly helps me carry on and manage myself.

    3. The Lenten Recollection made me realize that God is good all the time. God is always with us; he heals us and our relationships. Knowing Him in our lives keeps us grounded, and we must thank Him for loving and being there for us unrelentingly. We can strengthen my spiritual system in a variety of ways. Of course, if we want to get closer to God, we must pray. This is something we should do every day, whether we're thankful, upset, or just want to communicate with Him. When we talk to Him, we should always be clear about our intentions. Knowing the parables and the lives of the people during Jesus' time will undoubtedly help us develop our faith in Him; therefore, reading the Bible can make us feel closer to Him.

    2. Whenever I wake up from sleep, I already experience God’s grace. Waking up is a blessing for me as it allows me to do what I want to do. Life is temporary, and we should be thankful because God gave us extraordinary grace to have. God forgiving our sins is also a blessing that I experience since I already have done a lot of sinful and wrong actions for the past 14 years, yet God forgives them and gives me another chance, so I would try to avoid those mistakes again. I feel very thankful as God is with me through my ups and downs. He helps me get up again and keep going.

    3. God is most likely to contact the sinful and sorrowful. He will forgive us regardless of what we do as long as our intentions are pure and clear, and we try not to repeat the mistakes that God has forgiven us. This recollection also taught me that God lavishes us with grace, which is why we should be grateful to Him and maintain a good relationship with Him.

The best way is to communicate with God and grow more closer with Him like praying everyday and thanking Him for everything you have in your life. You can even talk to God and have a casual conversations because He will always listen to us. Another thing we can do to strengthen our Spiritual System is remember how much God loves us and even if we drift apart from Him, He will always welcome us again back to His kingdom. Just like Brother Andreus said we should not try to win God’s love, instead, we let Him love us. God is very loving and accepting that’s why we shouldn’t ask for his love or grace because he is willing to give it to you whenever you need it. 

    2.  I feel like we are able to feel God’s grace in our daily lives without realizing it. Even by opening your eyes and waking up to another day is already God’s given grace to us that we should be thankful. We encounter God’s grace in so many ways we never imagined. A way that I can feel God’s grace is being able to see and bond with my loved ones, because we never know when their time is so we should take the chance of spending the time we have with people with value the most. Life is like a ticking time bomb wherein we never know when will it explode so we get every opportunity God gives to us to spend it well in doing good for yourself and others as well. I especially feel God’s grace and love whenever I pray because whenever I pray there is that feeling that He is listening to your prayers and sometimes I could also feel goosebumps when I pray, like God’s hugging me and telling me everything will be alright in times I was at my lowest. 

    3.  During the Recollection, I realized so many things just like how God’s love for us is eternal. His love for us is eternal and unexplainable in such ways because we would still question ourselves ‘why would God love us despite all the sins we’ve done?’ , it’s because God is truly forgiving. That is how much God loves us, that he would forgive the wrongdoings we’ve done and still He let us feel His grace in our daily lives. Attending mass and listening to His word wholeheartedly and devotedly is our obligation as well. Therefore, prayer and attentively listening to His word will help us strengthen our spiritual system and bring us closer to God.

    2. God's loving grace is limitless. I may encounter obstacles and face unfavorable circumstances, but God always made a way to remind me that I am not alone. I feel God's grace the most particularly during my trying times, wherein I must look for a way to overcome and conquer these difficult situations. However, I believe that God's grace is present each day, all the time.

    3. Subsequent to the recollection, I had numerous realizations. One of them is that God is truly merciful. No matter how sinful we are, He will never hesitate to forgive and accept us for who we truly are. I also recognized that we must always be thankful and grateful for what we have and what we receive. God will always make a way. Each situation & outcome that occurs in our daily existence has a root and a meaning, and those are His plans for each and every one of us.

Of course, if you want to get closer to God, you have to pray. That's what we do every day, whether we're grateful, angry, or just want to communicate with him. When we talk to him, we always need to clarify our intentions. Knowing the parables and lives of the people of Jesus' day will undoubtedly help us develop our faith in Jesus. So, by reading the Bible, we can get closer to God.

    2) I feel God's grace in simple situations, such as many staring at me, making decisions, and participating in competitions, but God's grace has helped me  to calm down and become a better person than before. .. At some point in everyone's life, you will feel lonely, and that is  when you can find God and your true self as a guide to accomplishing our mission.

    3) Fasting reminders made me realize that God is always good. God is always with us. He heals our relationship with us. Knowing him in our lives protects us from the ground up, and we need to love us and thank him for being relentlessly there for us. .. By acting on his example and showing the people around us that he is good, we have realized that we must always thank him.

Offering myself to God makes me more grounded in light of the fact that I know that in offering myself to God I will actually want to develop further, bolder, and more brilliant. Praying to him and entrusting him with everything that is in me likewise helps in fortifying my otherworldly invulnerable framework since it assists us with developing nearer to God and have a more grounded confidence in him.

    2. I feel God's grace in my daily life, but I felt God's grace most when I had already lost hope. I've come to the point where I blame him for all the problems I've encountered and ask him why he caused me  all these problems. Am I worthy of this? As the days went by, I solved my problems one by one. At that time, he was always with me and noticed that he never left my side  for a  second.

    3. My insight after the Lenten recollection is that First, God is good, God is always good to us, and he shares the blessings  he has with us. Everything happens for a reason, and when God gives you a challenge, God knew  you could overcome it and  you were strong enough to handle the challenge he gave you. So I gave you that challenge.

Offering myself to God encourages me because I know it as a result of doing so, I would become stronger, tougher, and smarter.     2. Some of the experience that i feel God grace is whenever i have problems. i always pray for his guidance and wishes to solve my problem. i am trusting him always whenever what challenges i face.
