Grammarly improves communication by leaps and bounds for individuals with dysgraphia. It works by interpreting phonetic spelling and translating it to proper words.
It allows the students to keep practicing their retrieval skills and reinforcing the correct way to complete written expression while lowering the frustration level. Typing is also an easier process for students with dysgraphia than writing.

ESL students can have trouble comprehending written text. Newsela is a great resource I use all the time. For every single article, it allows the reader to adjust the difficulty, from very basic all the way to native fluency. Each article also allows the reader to highlight, define, and save new vocabulary. Quizzes can be assigned for each article, allowing students to show they comprehended the material. Not only is this helpful for ESL students, it can benefit all students by allowing them to also keep a "bank" of new vocabulary or ideas they might come across.
