         <description><![CDATA[<div>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; The problem that I will talk about is the problem of obesity and its causes, and this problem is one of the important problems that I will talk about because this problem has negative effects on the owners of this problem because it is a cause of laziness, lack of activity, depression and social isolation, so I decided to talk about it. If we search, we will find that the causes of this problem are the following, unhealthy diet: A high-calorie diet, which lacks fruits and vegetables, and is full of junk food, contributes to one of the most common reasons. Second, Inactivity leads to weight gain, and of course Pregnancy, weight gain is common during pregnancy. Some women find it difficult to lose this weight after giving birth; so this weight gain may contribute to obesity in women. Also, smoking cessation is often associated with weight gain. For some, it can lead to weight gain enough to be diagnosed as obesity. Lastly, lack of sleep. Lack of sleep or sleeping too much, can cause hormonal changes that increase appetite, stress, many external factors that affect mood and wellness may contribute to obesity. The first negative effect of obesity is on physical health. people who are obese are more likely to develop many diseases. obesity increases risk factors for diseases and other health problems for example heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, and certain types of cancer. The second negative effect on mental health. people who suffer from obesity also suffer from a lot of bullying. Bullying obese people is worse than obesity itself. For instance, the person may lose confidence and feel depressed and stressed because of bullying. Also, He may go on a hunger strike to lose weight, and this will affect his mental and physical health as well. The last negative effect is difficult movement.&nbsp; For example, People who are obese have difficulty getting dressed or in shoes and may need help. Our friend followed several diets, including subscribing to food boxes, the keto diet, and intermittent fasting. She said the keto diet was the best and fastest diet ever in terms of weight loss and it is no harm to the health.The first step she took was she research about keto diet and gather enough information about it. And she designed a schedule According to the research containing what food she should stay away from.the second step is that she stopped eating some food. she stopped eating food that contains carbohydrates and legumes for example bread, beans, and lentils.&nbsp;<br>The third and most important step is that she used to measure her weight once every two weeks. for instance, She was allocating a day after every two weeks to measure her weight and record how much weight she had lost.&nbsp; And that encouraged her to continue when she saw her weight decrease healthily. In conclusion, after benefiting from her information, we would like to advise you to insist on your goals and try to lose weight in more than one way to get an ideal weight and never give up.</div>]]></description>

It is necessary to stay away from the things that cause obesity through several solutions that reduce it. The first solution is to lead a healthy lifestyle. There are several reasons for a healthy lifestyle, such as adequate sleep, healthy eating, and exercise. The second solution is to subscribe to a healthy diet. Many people do not follow the health system under the pretext of laziness, as these meals help them a lot. The third solution is to engage in sports activities or participate in health sports clubs. Sports help to lose weight faster, making the body shape athletic and healthy.
