The many horrendous actions that I have seen against people of color by police, peers, anyone in general, has made me very angry over the years, but to be honest I have felt helpless on what to do.

The BLM movement really made me want to get even more involved in a way that I can make a difference as an educator. I want to be someone who can push antiracist ideals, even as a white person to my students.
