"Algunas personas piensan que enviar a sus hijos de regreso a la patria cuando se salgan de control resolverá todo" - ¿Qué piensan sobre la decision que tomaron los padres de Julia? ¿Están de acuerdo o en desacuerdo?- explican porque. ¿Tienen alguna otra solución para ayudarla? ¿Que le aconsejarían a los padres de Julia?

I think sending Julia over to Mexico will be a good idea because she will have time to calm herself or maybe she needs somebody to talk to

Pienso que talves de mandarla a Mexico por tratar de suicidarse no es una solucion pienso que deberian ayudarla fisica y mentalmente.

I disagree because if they are out of control sending them somewhere else would not help them at all. There is another solution, just try to assign her a therapist. Even if she said that she is okay, it doesn't mean the suicidal thoughts will just go away like that. A therapist will help her recover, not fully, but it would help her discuss her problems. I advise Julia's parents to not neglect Julia, and compare her to Olga. Also even if she goes to Mexico, she might just try to kill herself.

I think that it is a bad decision for Julia because Julia does not want to leave everything(Like friends or the school) to go to Mexico and she is going to start a new life, a life without anything. Another way for Julia's parents is to watch over her most times. This is a better way so Julia's parents does not have to waste money for Julia to go to Mexico.

Yo pienso que es una estupidez pero tal vez sus padres sienten que es la culpa de ellos por no prestarle atencion cuando mas Julia les necesitaba. Pero tambien pienso que es muy egoista de ellos hacer eso por la manera que "no saben que hacer" o porque su hija "ya no es la misma." Por esa parte pienso que lo mejor es dejar que Julia haga lo que tenga que hacer para que ella se senta mejor. Asi si Julia no quiere ir pues es mejor que no se vaya.

No creo que enviar a su hijo de regreso a México cambie nada. No creo que hiciera otra cosa que hacer que Julia se sintiera aún más molesta de lo que ya esta. Ella regresaría igual que antes o incluso peor. En mi opinión es una mala idea. Creo que una mejor alternativa sería dejar que Julia se quede en terapia porque creo que se siente más cómoda allí. Un consejo que les daría a los padres de Julias sería que dejaran que Julia decida si quiere ir a México o no para que no se moleste.

I don't think that Julias parents should send her to Mexico, because as Julia said it really wont change anything since most people at her school were sent to Mexico and their attitude either changed for the worse or didn't change at all. An alternate way Julias parents can help her is by keep on going with the therapy sessions since it seems as if she just needs someone to discuss her problems with.

Yo pienso que no es una buena decision que sus padres están tomando porque sus padres tienen que cuidar a Julia y a estar a lado de ella porque ahora ell necesita a sus padres mas que nada. Yo estoy en desacuerdo porque si Julia va a Mexico y sus padres no están con ella, ell se puede tratar de suicidarse porque esta sola sin el apoyo de sus padres. Otra solución que puede ayudarla es que siga yiendo a terapia y que sus padres siempre le pregunto como se siente y como esta. Que los padres apoyen a Julia en todo.

Creo que es una mala idea porque luego Julia podrá hacer algo si sus padres no están con ella. Como Julia mencionó, cuando los padres mandan a sus hijos a sus países de origen ellos regresan igual que antes o mas peor y Julia parece que le va bien en la terapia.
