When you arrive at the production line, which you have to manage, and see how the current situation is:
·         Dirty appearance of the plant: machinery, services, people, etc.
·         Disorder: occupied corridors, messy tools, etc.
·         Lack of instructions and signals that are understandable for everyone
·         More frequent breakdowns than normal.
·         Disinterest of employees in their work area.
·         Lack of space in warehouses.
You realise that you have to change a lot of things in order to optimize all the available resources. As an expert, you believe that you have to implement a Lean Management Tool known as 5 S’s but, nobody there know what it is.
For that reason, you have to explain to the C.E.O. the forwards of this tool, giving examples and pointing out the costs-benefits balance.

For that reason, students from different schools have to change information among them. As a consequence, they must interact and collaborate hardly to reach a great final product.
Since the project is thougth to be in English, schools from differents countries may participate.
