         <description><![CDATA[<p>In some of the activities, I did not get the steps because when my phone broke and I bought a new one, some of the pictures did not save to my Google account, and some of the WhatsApp pictures that I took also did not get the steps, so that's why I did not get the steps. </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>I went swimming with my friends at the swimming pool, which is located near the field, and swam breaststroke around 50 meters for 5 reps. Before that, I did warm up by stretching forward shoulder rotation with one arm only, backward shoulder rotation with one arm only, forward rotation using both arms, and backward rotation using both arms. <strong>8)</strong>&nbsp;Lean forward with your chest, making sure your legs are apart and slightly bent, then slowly straighten your legs and bring them together.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>I get to do more jogging and futsal than weightlifting because I love both of those activities, despite making me lose weight. My aim would be that being fit would be enough for me, and jogging and playing futsal are enough for me to be fit. In conclusion, I have achieved my goal by being fit and consistently involved in both jogging, swimming, and futsal.</p>]]></description>
