I felt like a proud little mom (LOL) when I heard what a fantastic job you guys did with your staff PD. Your administrators had great things to say about your presentations and it sounds like some groups injected some fun and humor into the process. I wish I could have been there to see each one of you. I know you have to present again in March and don't worry, you will be well prepared. Between now and my next round of visits (in January) I will continue adding resources and "things of interest" to our google folder.  When I make big deposits of "new stuff" I will alert you via email.  

Keep the fire lit for differentiation anytime you can.  Like Scarlet said, this isn't a topic that can be brought up in October and left alone until March. When opportunity presents itself, email your colleagues with articles or helpful tools you come across. This will help to keep differentiated practice at the forefront of their minds and it supports the foundation you've already laid.

I feel that the most valuable piece was Bloom's level of questioning. Many teachers realized that we spend too much time on lower level questions.
