    • Hamlin owns an assortment of quality equipment and can loan backpacks, snow boots, winter clothing and sleeping bags. Please record any request by January 17 on Hamlinet form.  

    •  All clothes and equipment WILL BE UNPACKED at the gear check on Feb 11th. 

    • Option to personally rent at Sports Basement if Hamlin used gear is not in your child's size.

  • All participants must have a negative COVID test 72 hours prior to trip. Hamlin is looking into options to see if this can be done at school. If not, must be completed on your own.

    -Students arrive at the Broadway entrance at 8:15 a.m. & help load the bus.
    -The bus departs at 8:45 a.m. and drives to NatureBridge’s Curry Village ( we stay here the entire trip, different from past years)
    -The group arrives at Curry Village, has an orientation and settles into their cabins.
    - The tent cabins in Curry accommodate three students per cabin and two adults per cabin. The cabins are heated with shared restrooms/shower facilities. 
    -An evening indoor program follows dinner. 
    - Chaperones responsible for getting students settled into cabins after NB evening program and dinner.
    -Quiet hours begin at 9pm and students must be in cabins by 9:30 pm and have lights out at 10:00 pm.

    Solidifying Feb 15th-17th
    Activities include: Hiking, Citizen Science, SEL Activities and Bonding Time with Classmates

    Friday Feb 18th 
    -Students pack up and load the bus. 
    -Weather permitting, the bus departs Yosemite at 9:00 a.m. 
    -After a lunch stop, the bus should arrive at Hamlin at approximately 3:00 p.m. at the Broadway entrance.
    - We will communicate by email if the expected arrival time will be earlier or later than 3:00 p.m
