Try to charge the phone, if that doesn't work try a hard reset. Last effort should be to take it to a electronic store that can fix it. 

Medium: If you can't connect to the internet make sure you don't have anything that would make you not connect on your phone such as wifi connection not being on and airplane mode. If that doesn't work make sure you have the wifi password connected correct. Lastly, just reset the wifi. 

Spicy: If your locked out your car cut a slit into a tennis ball hold it down on the key hole part of the door. Will go at it for maybe 5 minutes till you hear a pop.
