It showed the passion that they had for this position as well as they explained in good detail where they got their experience/ education from which provides good credibility for this person. I would be more easily persuaded to hire if the person were to stay more relaxed while they spoke as well as slowed down and focused on what they wanted to do and how they were going to do it. I really appreciated how sincere they sounded when talking about their passion for teaching. I also appreciated the ending when the applicant talked about how they want their classroom to be and how they want their student's to feel in the classroom. That was a genuine thing to add, as well as something that will set the applicant apart from other applicants to employers. The applicant did ensure their memorability with the way they spoke throughout the elevator speech.
