· If experiencing problems with an existing tenancy and provide advice on how take the necessary steps to prevent an eviction or becoming homelessness.

·We offer advice & support to speak to the local authority, complete a homeless assessment, and support to complete a housing application or personal housing plan.

·We can help with searching for a suitable private rented tenancy, planning a budget, speaking to landlords, viewings and tenancy applications.

·If a young person is homeless and eligible for assistance, we can also help to secure the upfront costs required to access a private rented tenancy - with the use of our government funded Bond Deposit Scheme and grant applications.
