By the time this picture was taken at my parents’ wedding, my mom was about 7-8 months pregnant with my little brother, Holden. I remember it taking me a while to adjust to the idea of becoming a big sister because I recognized that my play would be different, as would the attention. My play around this time revolved mostly around me, and the shift between my life in this picture and a month later would drastically change when I would become a big sister. It obviously changed the way I perceived many things and the way my parents treated me. One of the first things I always identify myself as now is a big sister and a role model, which sprouted at this age.
