1- Is this person from a culture similar to or different from your culture? Similar culture.The way that this person is similar to me we are both celebrate the baptist faith.We are both African-American.
2- Clay Evans did not do the art work but he always had an input what would be on his album cover.I choice this album cover because even though it seems like we are a small ship we can withstand the huge waves some times life hands us.

The colors i see are blue,black,and white.Blue symbolizes stability and serenity healing powers of God.Black means strength and power.White is innocent and purity.     • Why do you like this artwork? The reason why I like this song  was a tuneful work of consciousness-raising American music. What's going on looked at the forces shaping American culture  at the beginning of the 1970s, that moment when hippie-era idealism crashed into the realities of poverty, of mystifying war, drug abuse and racial misunderstanding.

    2. Word spoken, "I'm a young black man."
    3. Life. wanting to live and not be killed by the police because of his skin color.
    4. Seeing him down on his knees with a gun pointed in his face in the hands of a police officer.
    5. Yes this person is from a similar culture.
    6. We share the same skin color and we share the same struggle for as trying to live in a place that was built to hate our skin color.
    7. I love this artwork because I am a BLACK WOMAN with 3 BLACK SONS and like he stated in his lyrics "I just wanna live, God protect me."     She was a soul and rhythm &blues singer she has many grammys for her hits she was a black intelligent woman she values her music and love her fans.No Pain No Gain is one of the songs i love the most.i like this art because, It's been time i have hit rock bottom and i will listen to this song.It will make me feel better nothing is easy if you want to have something.In life the trails you go through make you have the courage to keep going.

    Betty Wright is similar to us as women and culture because we go through things.In relationships,job,family members or just on a day to day basic.

    Betty identity portrayed whatever you was going through.She wrote down and put it in her songs and gave us.The ability to understand and take what she sing and do better are become better.As a person.
