         <description><![CDATA[<div>How to incorporate these grounding skills for not only for times of need, but how to utilize these regularly to maintain balance.&nbsp;<br>Is there a way to make this not a strange outlier in class but actually work 3 minutes of mindlfulness into a normal activity. I would love to see that happen but struggle to think of what that might look like.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I think that it is a good piece of information for older children and adults. Working with young kids 3,4 year old i'm not sure they would understand. They are still learning how to express their feelings and figuring out why they may be feeling the way that they are . You can take a child into the corner and have the practice deep breaths and calming down their bodies . </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Curiosity, compassion, and relating to ourselves with kindness and warmth are all important<br><br>Window of Tolerance - there is an optimal arousal zone, and the zones on either side are hyper- or hypo. We sail back and forth in these areas.&nbsp;<br><br>The narrowness or wideness of the Window of Tolerance is different for different people and also different people at different stages of their life. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Encouraging kids who may exhibit signs of being in a hyper or hypo arousal state to take deep breaths, go for a walk, turn on some music, etc can help them to come back to their window of Tolerance.&nbsp;<br><br>Have some more reflective moments in the classroom to allow students to check in with themselves or catch a breather. They go, go, go all day and don't have much time to "settle' themselves in the frantic pace.&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>
