During our history project, I felt like I did most of the work. I was in charge of researching the information, preparing the slides, and putting together the presentation. My classmate didnt do a lot. She didn't answer messages and only attended one class. I thought, why is she dosnt helping me it is not fair that we do everything and she doesn't do anything." I felt incredibly frustrated, stressed, and disappointed because I wanted us to do well as a team. Also, I was embarrassed to say anything directly to her because she's my friend, and I didn't want our friendship to be ruined over a project. I didn't think she was worth it.

I saw the event happen, but I did not change my exam. I knew that if I told the teacher who did it, I would be called a snitch, but if I did not say anything, I would get a bad grade and be an accomplice.

From my point of view, I did want to be more involved in the project, but that week I had a lot of exams and assignments for other subjects. I feltreally stressed and tried to do what I could, but I struggled to stay organized. Furthermore, history isn't a subject that I am good at it but i try . I thought what I was doing was enough since that's what they told me to do. I know it's not much, but it's what they told me to do. I was embarrassed to tell my classmate that I didn't quite understand because I didn't want her to think I was stupid. So I decided not to give my opinion and just stick to that small part of the work.

I know it seemed like I didn’t care about the project, but that’s not true. I was dealing with a lot of homework that week and felt really stressed. I had a math test and it was also the aviv so i had rehearsals all day long. I just couldn’t keep up. I told the group I was busy, and to let my finish my part at night, but I think they thought I was making excuses. I wanted to help, but I didn’t know where to start, and by the time I checked the group chat again, most of the work was already done. I feel bad that it seemed like I didn’t want to participate and was worried of getting a bad grade.

Alejandro is very frustrated because he feels that he is doing all the work because Liat chose who does what so he thought that Liat only chose the easy tasks for her, he feels that he is doing all the hard job, and Liat isn't cooperating, so Alejandro told her what he was feeling but Liat didn't react as he expected because Liat said she didn't do it that way so they started discussing, finally Alejandro was frustrated because he didn't know how to manage this situation nor, how to fix it because he didn't want to leave it like this (The teacher was absent).

The situation is very difficult because on one way, the perspective one has a point that is very big since she did most of the work and her friend does not value her effort in the history project, but on the other hand, perspective two is afraid to tell things to her friend because she is afraid of being seen as an idiot, then that means that it may be that the person from perspective one does not create a comfortable environment for her friend, making her feel humiliated.

But I think that the other guys felt a little insulted by me, and they are saying that it is really hard to work with me.

She claims that the tasks she is doing are also very hard and they aren't the "easy" ones, they both keep fighting and Liat gets even more frustrated because she has been having a tough week so she isn't getting comprehensive with Alejandro and she doesn't want to change anything.

Also, Alejandro should understand Liat because she is going through a tough week so it's been hard for her.

In conclusion, I would get to an agreement with my partner from the beginning about how they are dividing the tasks so they don't end up in this kind of situation.

I did not have time in the week to study for the exam, so when I answered, I knew that I would not get the best grade. So when the teacher left the class for a little while, I considered the opportunity. I did not know what to do: I am not a liar, but if I got one more bad grade I would fail the class. So when I saw all the other students changing their answers, I thought that it would be fine since I was not the only one. I felt guilty afterwards, but I knew that I was doing it not to be dishonest, but to not fail the class.

So when a few days later the teacher told us she knew what we did, my stomach dropped. I felt really guilty. No one was confessing, so if I did it, everyone would hate me for it, and if I did not say anything we would all get a zero. I knew that I was not the only one who did it, but we were all too scared to confess, so nobody was doing it.
