My expectations for myself as a student and teacher are the same. I hold myself to a high standard in both areas. I expect to show up every day ready, eager, and my best self. Simply because I GET to wake up and achieve my goals, that is a blessing that some do not have. I am grateful to be a student and a future teacher.

I am a passionate student, and I do not want to just be a teacher; I want to be a life guide, a friend, a positive woman figure. I want to plant a seed in every child's life that comes into my classroom and remind them of who they truly are. They can be anything they want to be, and they can create anything they want to create. I want to encourage them to be who they are. My classroom will be a safe haven for all children to shine to their fullest potential.
