Hi Arvind, time flies. You have been with us for almost 2 years and soon you will embark on the next stage of your life. You have been one of the most gentle and well behaved NSF I have met in my career and always willing to help in whatever ways you can. Hey Arvind, happy now that no one's going to nag at you about your diet? I was going to say I'll miss our gym sessions but let's be honest you only showed up 2-3 times and then vanished! The gym probably misses you more than you miss it.

Great job on the weight loss btw. You can finally indulge in bbt now and then and no one's going to snitch on you, but try 0% sugar, can?
