As she falls asleep she feels an odd lucid relaxation overcome her. She ends up in a replica of her own bedroom but anything she thinks she can do. She pinches herself to see if she is asleep but nothing happens. Regardless she continues to roam her dream and has fun solving almost every problem in her life. But eventually, she realizes becomes bored. She tries to imagine friends and her family, but they are off. They seem incomplete in a false way. Now Nellie regrets spending so long in her dream and she tries to wake up. As she spends what seems like days to weeks in this dream. Her fantasies start turning into nightmares. Her friends and family pressure her to stay here but she tries to escape.
