I think more and more people are going to the Emergency Room for an Urgent Care need. Urgent Care is a beautiful resource that allows the ER to be free of non-emergent cases. However, if people don't know which facility to go to the ER will always be packed full with splinters and stomach bugs. Such a great CAPStone idea!
