1) In India, the disadvantaged are given guaranteed places in universities, colleges and institutions. The policy states the a minimum of 50 percent of reservations are applicable to the disadvantaged such as backward classes and lower castes.

This is applicable to Myanmar, which has gone through thick and thin from civil wars. The number of disadvantaged people means that many youths are not getting the education they need. Hence, by reserving places for the disadvantaged in Myanmar, it gives them a chance to attain higher education and thus a higher social status in the future

2) Midday meal scheme: $2 billion a year is invested to feed school children, which incentivises families to send children to school so they get food. At the same time, social segregation between different classes can be solved as children eat and bond together. Effectiveness is shown through a whopping 10% increase in attendance rate and thus, this can solve Myanmmar's low attendance rates, where children skip school to earn money to support their family.

1) V focused on academics, which ensures that students are (a) educated in basic numeracy and literacy and (b) graduate with credentials that companies tend to prize, creating a highly employable and suitably skilled workforce

2) Applicable model for Myanmar: Myanmar tends to adopt rote learning as its main teaching style, hence as South Korea also follows that system and has arguably one of the best education systems in the world, thus South Korea is the best candidate and the best role model for Myanmar to follow and mimic to upgrade their education

1) Highly educated teachers that have at least masters level to educate people, able to lead by example -> Myanmar can learn about how to cultivate good teachers for their students

2) Teachers being dedicated to teaching > 10%- 15% only drop out of teaching -> important for Myanmar, whose teachers are not well-paid and may not feel as committed

3) Good funding for students - they need not pay money for education, thus attracting people to study.
