It seems that the 20/20 tree and the Bridge are linked more so than previous work. I like the fact that it seems to be more streamlined.

Who will be expected to train teachers? Instructional Coaches? When will their be time to do this? Is there something built into the opening days or is this up to individual schools?

We have been trying to share in CAP for years (at least 10) without success or approval. Is it really OK now to just share? Wow!

Learning

We will be learning this tool alongside our teachers, so we need to remember that we won't walk in the door next fall having all the answers. We need to be patient with our own learning as well as our staff's learning.

I'm also curious if teachers will receive training other than through the instructional coach and the DTL. At least I'll have plenty of time to familiarize myself. Really excited to dig in!
