If you aren't then you shouldn't be able to start the car. Maybe they can install something in cars that can tell if you are drunk and unable to drive safely.
Another thing that they can do to fix the DUI problem for teens is for parents to talk to their teenagers about the dangers of driving under the influence. If teens know how dangerous it is for them and other people on the road then they will most likely not driving while under the influence of drugs. Parents need to make sure that their teens are responsible while driving.
