There can something in cars that can tell if you're not sober enough to drive. If you aren't then you shouldn't be able to start the car. Maybe they can install something in cars that can tell if you are drunk and unable to drive safely.
Another thing that they can do to fix the DUI problem for teens is for parents to talk to their teenagers about the dangers of driving under the influence. If teens know how dangerous it is for them and other people on the road then they will most likely not driving while under the influence of drugs. Parents need to make sure that their teens are responsible while driving.

Driving Under the Influence Definition

Most commonly called "drunk driving," it refers to operating a motor vehicle while one's blood alcohol content is above the legal limit set by statute, which supposedly is the level at which a person cannot drive safely. State statutes vary as to what that level is, but it ranges from .08 to .10. Driving on private property such as a parking lot is no defense, but sitting in a non-moving vehicle without the ignition on probably is (sometimes resulting in a charge of "drunk in and about a vehicle"). This isa misdemeanor and is variously referred to as DUI, driving while intoxicated (DWI), drunk driving, or a "deuce".

Alcohol affects you in a way that changes your judgement, depth perception as well as vital motor skills required to drive safely. This can endanger yourself, passengers, and other people on the road by making it extremely likely that you will get into a collision. Driving Under the Influence can get pulled over by the police and even get arrested. It is best to just make the choice to not drive if you are even a little bit unsure because that could save yourself and other people's lives.
