First of all, I would like to say that although many things or unpleasant disagreements occurred during the development of our business, I still feel very honored to be able to open our store together with my partners. Secondly, I would like to thank our instructor, Puam Siti Haslina, for guiding us throughout the entire process and allowing us to end our business experience with a good result, even though the online lecture was very difficult and challenging.

During this entire business process, I deeply realized how difficult it is to run a store. Among them, it is particularly difficult to understand customer preferences and discover available business opportunities. Because each customer has different preferences and most business opportunities have already been discovered, it is not easy to find a good business opportunity. In addition, I also learned the steps to start a store, starting with the Business Model Canvas (BMC) to guide us through the records and steps required to operate and close the business. The whole process was very new to me. Thanks again to our instructor, Paun. Siti Haslina, for working with her teammates, Emily, Anis, Izzati and Swee Seng, to give me a complete experience.

There are five members in our group and each of us has different capabilities. After distributing tasks and roles based on our own schedule, we decided to have a small meeting on what kind of product we want to sell. There had been some arguments (which is normal and to be expected), but in the end we all agreed to sell Mi Siput, a snail shell-like shape snack that is well-known among the locals in Johor Bharu. Throughout the progress and challenges faced, as a team we managed to clear out our stocks before the end of semester. I would like to thank Madam Siti Haslina for her lectures throughout this semester as it has been difficult and challenging to have lectures online via Webex. I would also like to thank my team for doing their best and contribute their all for this small business of ours.

The delivery went well and the products were safe since we kept it in a plastic together with the freebies and we gave it to our customer without the products being damaged.

Even though selling products and for us to reach target in a couple of weeks is harder than I was expected, it was a really fun experience for me. Despite on the struggle that I had experience, it was really good for me to know the feeling of being a seller and selling products to people and handling the products myself. Although it is a little bit stressing since I was worried because of us not be able to reach the target, we did reached it regardless. Throughout this experience, I've noticed how hard it is to make a product to get recognized to other people, I also realized that running a business is really hard. Just because we have the product, it doesn't mean that everyone will have the desire to try our products, even our own friend maybe didn't have the heart to support out product, due to their different tastes in food.

From this experience, i was be able to be more brave to promote the products to my friends. Even though selling a product is hard, I would like to give million thanks to Madam Siti Haslina for always being our guidance in this journey. I also want to thank my teammates, Emily, Anis, Swee Seng and Tony for being so supportive and helpful throughout this journey of us selling our products together. It was extremely enjoyable.

I want to say Thank you to my dearest lecture, Puan Siti Haslina for giving us the opportunity to create our own small business in school and out of our campus. I would want to say Thank you and sorry to my teammates. I want to say Thank you for creating an unforgettable memory for me. I also would like to say sorry because I had done some mistakes or creating some problems during the business.

Before our business started, I really thought that business is an easy and simple thing. But when we start our business, I noticed that it is not easy as I think. From the business start-up until the end of the business, we face lots of challenges and business is not easily to be done individually. In this group task and business, I realized that teamwork and cooperation is important in our business.

From this business and this course, I learnt a lot and can applying in our daily living. I learnt how to generate business ideas, how to plan a business with using business modal canvas, manage our organization chart, how to identify or planning our market, how to use digital or social media to promote and widen our market and product to our business and planning our financial in our business.
