         <description><![CDATA[<div>Differentiated reading support. I am able to target areas in need. My students have very splintered rote skills and during "guided reading" I am able to build upon those skills individually.&nbsp;<br><br>Struggles: pairing students. I normally have a small class and do guided reading in a 1:1 setting or in a dyad.&nbsp;<br><br>Struggle: assessing on a regular basis. During guided reading it is more fun and instructional rather than to collect data. I do no typically use running records regularly.<br><br>Goal:&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <title>Guided reading is small group instruction meeting the needs of a variety of reading levels.  Students also work independently on skills reviewed in collaborative session. Struggles would be keeping track of GR level since we don&#39;t do literacy collaborative anymore.</title>
