The members of MCC, the Masaka Cycling Club, had complained that the lack of road bikes has been an obstacle on improving their future. Currently, MCC have only a few bicycles that allows cyclists to attend competition, the good quality bicycles are also known as road bikes. These road bikes are all directly provided form individuals of non-profit programs, or indirect services such as funding. Since supplies from non-profit programs relies more to population (more people, more funding), I’ve decided to employ indirect service as the goal method in this project. 

After research we found out that the lack of road bikes is mostly due the enduring issue: poverty, which mostly relates to the field of economy in disciplinary concept. Other enduring challenges may also influence the effect and validity of indirect service, a well example will be the lack of public awareness of the club. My design idea should be pursued instead of others, because it solves the problem, avoids obstacles really efficiently. By taking advantages on developing in varied location, the MCC can easily acquire road bikes, and also to raise their public awareness. 

Furthermore, the infographic shows clear steps by separation of color and distinct numbers. ADVANTAGE OF THE PROCESS:
When designing, I thought of different perspectives, connect all problems, then combine them to one solution.

DISADVANTAGE OF THE PRODUCT
This system is time consuming – it takes a lot of time for cyclists to build connection with sponsors and local people. Moreover,  some budget are required to use this system

Change: This made me to have a wider perspective, which i learned that the problem is not just the lack of bicycles, but a lot of challenge being connected to a "wicket problem". 
Data: Transportation is a challenge (Interview), the club have to raise their public awareness (transcription of interview)
Feedback: Feedbacks from ross and some other members of MCC. I provided feedbacks to our research question so that I can wider my perspective.

D&P:
Change: I combined different past solutions together, and formed my novel solution. 
Data: By using data from interview I can determine what ideas and solution had been made, and what are new ideas. By combining different  ideas, i then made a plan for my solution
Feedback: When Mr. Griffen and Mr. Fidler tell us to find  novel ideas, it made me think a lot about my solution, that has never been designed before.

C&I:
Change: By using feedback from different teachers in the design-lab, I made my design solution more detailed and feasible. I learned "CSR" and some other attractive benefits we can provide to the sponsors, which made this sponsor more efficient
