         <description><![CDATA[<div>Struppolo recipe from San Salvatore Telesino.<br>ingredients:<br>1kg flour<br>10 eggs<br>1pinch of salt<br>1 pinch of pepper<br>2 cups of  olive oil<br>1l fried oil<br>Method<br>Mix eggs salt and pepper.<br>Pour the mixture into the flour.<br>Knead the dough until smooth.<br>Let it rest&nbsp;<br>Fry and drop.<br>Serve hot or cold with ham, meat ,cheese</div>]]></description>

         <title>Zeppole di San Giuseppe</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Ingredients for the dough:<br>1 cup of water<br>5 oz all purpose flour<br>3 eggs<br>1 oz butter<br>1 pinch salt<br>Ingredients for the filling:<br>2 egg yolk<br>2 oz sugar&nbsp;<br>1 tbsp&nbsp; all purpose flour&nbsp;<br>1 cup milk<br>lemon zest<br>Method<br>Pour the water, salt and butter in a saucepan.Bring to boil. Add the flour,mix until the batter is smooth.<br>Add the eggs. Put in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. In the meantime, pour the milk, lemon in a saucepan, bring to boil. Add the yolks, flour&nbsp; and whisk. Transfer the cream to a bowl and cover it.<br>Then using a pastry bag, make a ring of dough on aluminium foil greased. Fry the zeppole in hot oil until the foil separates from  them. Then remove and place them to drain on paper towels. Let them cool and fill in with the pastry cream. Garnish with a little cream and a cherry on the top.&nbsp; &nbsp;</div>]]></description>
