These two facilities are exposing some objects and arts or anything that refers to a specific topic. This topic could be on a hystoric period, an art mouvement, or anything else. Most of the time, those facilities are the unique place when a lampda person could see an object for real. For exemple, the only way to see the real table of Leonardo da Vinci "The Joconde" is to go in a Museum called "Le Louvre" in Paris.

Moreover, that kind of place helps also remembering about a subject, beacause in those places most of our 5 senses are used. It is proved scientifically that to remember fastly and easily it is better to use the most senses that is possible to do. For example if you have to learn about biologie, you could go to our excellent museum "The alimentarium" it helps anderstanging the process of digestion. In this museum we use all of our senses.

The Vaud area have an excellent range of galleries and museums. We also have the chance to have some of them for free when we have less than 25 years. If we are older we also have for free many museum during the nights of museums during the month of September. Howerver, it could be interesting to have more museums that are specified on technical subjects like the IT and maths or thematic that have a lake of workers in their industry. We have the chance to have many museums and galleries to improve our knowledge.

The purpose of this report is to present the advantages and disadvantages of dancing Salsa in Valais outside of dance classes. To obtain this information, I interviewed many students from the HES of Sion and Sierre that dancing salsa.

Advantages

All the students have reported that the “Salsa community” in Valais is really open to everybody. (or welcoming). Firstly, a Whatsapp group exists to know every week which evening you can dance and where. Secondly, people come to dance and nothing else, there is no bad intention and finally, nobody judges you. You can dance with different levels of partner and it doesn’t matter if you are a beginner or an advanced dancer.

Disadvantages

On the other hand, the problem that was observed is the timing. Unfortunately, if you want to dance outside dancing lessons it’s late in the evening. In general, the evening starts at nine or ten o’clock. If you need to wake up the day after it’s late and you can’t sleep enough before the school.

Consequently, if you need to wake up early the day after, you would need to get more sleep.

Conclusion

Taking all points into account, one possible solution would be to organize salsa events earlier in the evening. However, before nine pm people have a lot of thing to do.

Healthy problematics

_{According to the results of doctors, a lot of young people are geting more and more in there house playing video games. Firstly, according to a research the covid period was a big issue for this. Secondly, the gamer are behind a computer or a television all the day and they eat not very well. The healty recommandation is to move a minimum of 1 hour per day to increas the healty by 50%.}

Social benefits

_{It was observed that playing video games decresed the sociability more than 50%. And in a research that testet the benefits of playing games like basketball or football, it show us that the result are awesome.}

Conclusion

_{My recommendation is that we have to incresse the number of construction of sports centers because we have to prevent the futur generation. We have to support individuals to essential issue of not moving theirself.}
