 The story, '' The door in the wall'' 
was written by H.G Wells.The  theme in the story was the conflict between sitution world and imagative world.
  In this story, there are four characters.They are Redmond, Lionel Wallace, Wallace's father and Carnaby.Redmond is the narrator in the story and Lionel Wallace's friend.Wallace is the protagonist and a successful politican.Wallace's father is a stern,preoccupied,who gives him little attention, and expected great things of him. Redmond and Wallace attend at Saint Athelstan's Collage in West Kensington. Wallace's mother died when he was born.Wallace said Redmond that he found the door in wall twice. First time , he  was five years old and second time was a month before he dead.One day , when he is five years old ,he had wandered out of his home in to the streets of West Kensington ,in London where he noticed a green door in white door.It was very attractive him and he wanted to open it but at the same time he felt that his his father would very angry if he did.On little adventure, he came across a green door in a white door.In the garden, he encounted two tame panthers, the beautiful flowers a fair girl and friendly childrens. He played with the childrens and returned home.He said that his father about the door in the wall but his father never believed him .His father thought that he is so imagative boy. He was thinking about the door in the wall on his way to school.Wallace said to Redmond about the door in the wall , one night after dinner ,but first Redmond believed him later Redmond understanded his feeling.
 By reading the story, we think that the parents should implement children's ideas.
