         <title>1.  Training My Independent Thinking.</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>According to the textbook that “Independent thinking means questioning assumptions and interpreting data and events according to one’s own beliefs, ideas, and thinking, not according to pre-established rules, routines, or categories defined by others” (Daft, 2015, p140). To achieve my goal, my first action is to disconnect from sources of conventional thinking. When I have a problem or question, I can’t search the answer from internet, books, TV or ask to someone in first time. I have to think about the question by myself, to make a assumption for the question. It can increase my capacity for independent thought and I can use another opinion to view the world.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>To think independently means staying mentally alert and thinking critically. Independent thinking is one part of what is called leader mindfulness (Daft, 2015, p141). According to the sentence above, practice my disbelief is necessary for my action. I need to try to develop an instinctive habit of questioning habitual opinions. Don’t go with the flow is the key of this action. I must realize that what everyone else is doing or thinking may not be the best choice, I have to consider what is the best option for my team.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Moreover, read more and learn more can stimulate my interest for what I see. Mindfulness involves independent thinking, and it requires leader curiosity and learning. Mindful leaders are open-minded and stimulate the thinking of others through their curiosity and questions (Daft, 2015, p141). When I become a leader who have a strong independent thinking. My team member will be treated equally because my independent thinking will make me become more rational to view every situation in my team. My independent thinking can improve my ability to discover my team and team member’s weakness and strength. Also it can help me to view some potential threat and opportunity which other people can’t see. It good for the development of my team. Moreover, when I become a leader with independent thinking, my brain will be more active and I can do many thing by myself without relying on others.</div>]]></description>

         <title>2. To Learn How to Inclusive People</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>One goal for today’s global organizations is to ensure that all people—women, ethnic minorities, younger people, gays and lesbians, the disabled, older people, racial minorities, as well as white males—are given equal opportunities and treated with fairness and respect (Daft, 2015, p345). Inclusive and respect are two necessary elements for a successful leader. To learn how to inclusive people is important to a leader. For my action, first one is to try to use inclusive language. When I talk to people, I need to be careful my words and avoid using offensive language or assuming that all meaning and intentions will be understood. To use some inclusive terms instead of the words which make sex distinctions is necessary in sometime such as humankind instead of mankind and staffing the office instead of manning the office. Also I should ask people for their preferred descriptors and honour individual preferences because different people prefer to be described in different way. People differ in their level of diversity awareness and their sensitivity to other cultures, values, and ways of doing things (Daft, 2015, p350).<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Personal diversity awareness is the first step to creating a culture that embraces inclusion and enables all people to reach their potential, thereby enabling the organization to perform at its best. “Leaders are responsible for setting the tone for the working environment,” and they can set an inclusive tone in which everyone can feel valued and have a chance to succeed, says Belinda Pinckney (Daft, 2015, p347). Therefore, for my second action is to improve my diversity awareness. For example, Frequent communication. I need to try to communicate with more people, to learn how to use communication to understand a person, it can increase my awareness, understanding, and empathy. In order to improve my own diversity awareness skills, I have to have communication with individuals belonging to a different background than mine. </div><div>When I know how to inclusive people, my team member will be respected and they will like to work in the team and work hard. Moreover when I become an inclusive leader, I will have a level head to solve my troubles. </div>]]></description>
