         <description><![CDATA[<div>Blended learning has to happen in the classroom unless you assume that students have devices.  1 to 1 you don’t have to assume, you know they have access.</div><div><br></div><div>Time - students can pace themselves, easier with device access at home.</div><div><br></div><div>Lots of prep and buy in needed from teachers to have successful blending.</div><div><br></div><div>Flipped model - will students do it?  School culture and “no homework” movements may prevent many students from doing it.  Teachers have 0% control over what happens at home.  Shouldn’t put all our eggs in the homework/flipped basket.</div><div><br></div><div>Flexible spacing and time - lunch, intervention/flex time - students using their time differently to do ‘home’work.</div><div><br></div>]]></description>
