The plains Indians made tepees to live in. They put sticks up against up each other and then tied them together. Next 2 woman wrapped buffalo hide around the sticks , this was the hardest part because the hide was really heavy. The tepee could be up in about 15 minutes. After the tepee was finished the woman made a hole in the in the top so when they made a fire the smoke could go through the top.
