A CAPS document directs teachers on what they should teach and when to teach it. The main aim of CAPS is to lessen the administrative burden on teachers and ensure consistency and guidance for teachers when teaching.

The teaching and learning of the subjects have specific aims, skills, the focus of content areas, and the weighting of content areas.

Formatter - I went to the final assessment and checked if the correct grammar was used. I then henceforth corrected the errors which I identified. Thus, making sure the assignment is well formatted.

Meetings were more motivating than doing the assessment individually. As a result, the group members participated actively in the work, thus becoming creative and productive. Nonetheless, the members would always make sure to avail themselves during the meetings and give equal effort. With that being said, the assessment promoted unity among the participants and since the assessment is a success through the work of each member, we can all agree on the adage that says, "two heads are better than one".

Group members would sometimes have disagreements on the goal since they all had different views, due to different mindsets.
