The Inca's made a city that was called the "Machu Picchu" which was an amazing engineering accomplishment. The Machu Picchu had massive stone walls, steep staircases, and had level fields that were built so well that there are still some that remain today. They also built roads that were about three to six feet wide and some of the Inca roads had steps cut into hillsides for the people and animals to cross.
World History Medieval to Early Modern Times p. 428-433

The Inca's also made art and some of the artisans made gold, silver jewelry and offerings to gods. They created a life-sized field of corn out of gold and silver in a temple courtyard and apparently, each cob, leaf and stock was made out of an individual person. Inca's also made good textiles in the Americas. Some archaeologists have found brightly colored textiles that were made by the Inca's and some of them are still in good shape.
World History Medieval to Early Modern Times p. 430-431

Inca's sometimes made stories and songs orally and also sang to the songs that they made. Some Inca's learned how to speak and write in Spanish after the conquistadors came. Some "Memorizers" learned long poems about the Inca's and the Inca's legend and history. One of the Inca's oral literature was Quechua which as you can see is the surviving language of the Inca Empire and Quechua is just people that are indigenous to Peru.
World History Medieval to Early Modern Times p. 431
