         <description><![CDATA[<div>Each student write their name on a card. These cards are used daily to question students during discussions or to share work. After a while, they are not shy as much, they know they need to prepare as their name might be pulled out at any time! And, you get through each kid regularly allowing you to get to know them well. Great for draws, for making random teams, etc.</div>]]></description>
