This year I will commit to being in all math classrooms observing instruction weekly. I want to constantly observe and critique classroom tier 1 instruction. I will give feedback to teachers and then participate in follow-up meetings to figure out how the feedbak was put into action.

This school year, my plan focuses on how to use data findings to drive small group instruction. Ensuring our Gen Ed. and Sped teachers collaborate and communicate with students about their performance.
