         <description><![CDATA[<div>1) popular sovereignty- is the principal that the authority of a state and its government is created and sustained by the consent of it's people, through their elected representative.<br>2) separation of powers- an act of vesting the legislative, executive, and judicial powers of government is separate bodies.<br>3) limited government- confined within limits ristricted or circumscribed, limited space, limited resources. Government , ristricted with reference to governing powers by limitations prescribed in laws and in a Constitution as limited monarchy. <br>4)checks and balances- counter balancing influences by which an organization or system is regulated, typically those ensuring that political power is not concentrated in the hands of individuals or groups.<br>5)supremecy- the state or condition of being Superior to all others in authority power or status. </div>]]></description>

The way it processes is Congress will hold a convention for proposing the amendments and can be ratified by the legislatures of the 3/4 of the several states, or by the convention in the 3/4 and if ratified it may be proposed to Congress.<br>Article VI: this article is about the national debts,surpemecy of the national Constitution, the process of this article is the debts are contracted and engagement entered into, before the adoption of this Constitution. Then the supremecy of the national government is all treaties are made in this amendment and the supreme law of the land and the judges in every state shall be bounnd to this Constitution.<br>Article VII: this article is about ratifiying the Constitution, the process this is done in the convention by the unanimous conset of the states present the seventeenth day of September.</div>]]></description>

Protects the right to petition the government.&nbsp;</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>2nd Amendment</strong>: Guarantees the people’s right to own and bear arms for their defense.&nbsp;</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>3rd Amendment</strong>: Citizens cannot be forced to quarter soldiers during times of peace.&nbsp;</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>4th Amendment</strong>: Citizens cannot be forced to subject themselves to seizure and search without a search warrant and probable cause.&nbsp;</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>5th Amendment</strong>: Prohibits abuse of governmental authority in legal procedures. Establishes rules for indictment by eminent domain and grand jury. Guarantees the due process rights. States are protected from suits by citizens living in another state or foreigners that do not reside within the state borders.          <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Article One </strong>grants power to the Legislative branch.  The power granted is the power to congress. They can make laws, but still has its own limits.<br><br><strong>Article Two</strong> gives power to the executive branch, the executive branch represents the power the President to be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States.<br><strong>Article Three</strong> gifts power to the judicial branch. The judicial power of the United States, shall be vested in one Supreme Court, and in such inferior courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish.<br><br><strong>Article Four</strong> discusses the responsibilities and duties of the states as well as what responsibilities the federal government has to the States.</div>]]></description>
