In October 1942, The jews of Kamionka were imformed by the Judenrat that in a ghetto in Lubartow. But Frank escaped and hid until someone invited him into their home. Soon Frank’s unit grew to 60 members when they joined forces with refugees from the town of Markuszow and they all was fighting and trying to stay alive.
