1. During our movement sessions  we have been learning various types of skills such as stamina , motivation , discipline ,etc. The  skills that I believe that I have improved in  and skills that i need to improve are , confidence , self-belief and balance . 
-Confidence :  Confidence is an extremely important skill to have especially in dancing as it comes along with attitude . Without it the performance will look dull and effortless . My confidence in dancing in front of people has become much better as I feel comfortable in what I am doing . However , I have a feeling that the confidence is mostly there when I am dancing in front of the people I know and unfortunately that confidence could go if I perform in front of a large public . I believe that  in order to get rid of that fear I  will  have to perform in front of a large group of strangers quite often until I get used to it. During this my confidence will hopefully build up  .
- Self-belief : Self-belief is such an important quality to have, as without the ability to believe in your own worth and actions you may struggle to reach your full potential That is a real issue for me as although I would  have rehearsed over and over again something keeps telling me that I will mess up the performance which leads to me not doing very well . I have to begin to stop listening to that voice in my head and do my absolute best .

Our chair duets : Themes / Relationships 
- In my chair duet I see a possible love triangle . The guy seems to be torn between the two women , seems tired and miserable because he does not know who he loves more , there's a moments where he thinks hes made a final decision but in the end just ends up back where he was before   . Whereas the two women are having worried moments about whether or not he will pick them .However, they are also having moments where they are wondering if he is worth the wait .
- I also see three people who have gone through the same suffering and experiences as each other just at different times in their lives and have dealt with it in three different ways . For instance Dilan , Kai and me , we all end up sitting down in a restless and tired manner, however,  we all do it at different points during the duet . 
- Finally , I see and unhappy family  . Lets say they're siblings  , although  they love each other the situation in the their household is miserable, they just do not get along . They try and make a  healthy relationship but keep failing . 1. The performers use a lot of hand contact . Its useful as it helps to know and follow your partners moves. ( Othello cast )
2.The performers also use contact to support themselves . For example, during the video the lady sits up on the handrail and  the man  then holds her from the back of her knee . ( Othello Cast )
3.The performers use full body strength in order to lift each other up and i required a lot of balance and concentration . ( Push)
4 . The performers use violent contact . During the video there were parts where they would smash their chest aggressively in order to present their conflict . (Push)
5. In the 'Othello Cast' chair duet they do not use eye contact which could imply the distance between the two . Whereas in 'Push' they have eye contact a lot which highlights the intense connection between them .
- These ways of contact can all help us to find and create our own story .

This is because during the performance we can see how the person in the middle ( Jemilia ) seems protective and is showing parental support . This is shown when all three are sitting down and and the girls on the edge are leaning on her and she has her arms put around them . However , what I see was not the relationship they were trying to show . It was Caprice and Rebecca were trying to fight for Jemilias approval , and Rebecca and Caprice are competing to see who wins her over , in the end Jemilia accepts them both.
