So hello everyone. As most of you know I am Aki from the Food Science Department. And today I will be giving a short talk on a type of diet that is steadily gaining in popularity, the Paleo Diet. _______________ see how many of you have heard of the Paleo diet? Now, I want to talk about this today because there is some controversy about whether or not this diet has the health benefits that some people claim, and whether in fact it might actually be bad for your health.
