He cared about everyone on the island and I think that he has the biggest heart on the island. He was named by one Melon Eusk, who has a strange infatuation with sending people to deserted islands with no chance of escape. Mr. Eusk's plan for Simon was to go Papa Riggan's Spaghetteria in the Pacific but had mistakenly sent on board one of his deserted island planes along with other school children. Unable to cope with this terrible mistake he left him and his friends on the island to fend for themselves. 
Fortunately, Simon is big brain boy and started surviving with others. Eventually he stumbled upon a dead guy. Consequently, he ran down to tell the others in the middle of the night. As Simon approached the campfire the other kids thought he was a beast and started murdering him like feral wolves. When the others realized their terrible mistake they let the ocean take him away. This marked the end of Simon 17.3's journey of life.

He always had a good attitude and cheered up others even when he was struggling with his own problems. He stayed away from conflict and focused on fixing it rather than causing it. He was always positive and focused on the good rather than the bad.
He liked to participate in his school's choir and hang out with many of his friends. His great curiosity leads to his death. He was curious about the beastie and wanted to find out the truth about it. He found out it was a dead parachute and wanted to tell his friends the good news. He later died trying to tell his friends what the beastie really was because he snuck upon them. It was a grave accident and he won't be forgotten.

We are gathered here today to mourn the death of Simon. He was taken too soon by his own friends whom he trusted. He was a faithful companion. He volunteered to help when it was needed and he always obeyed commands. Simon only wanted to help his friends. He craved validation, and this ultimately led to his death. The boys would blame him *cough Jack* for getting the idea of the beast into their heads. The real beast is none other than the boys who were celebrating before taking Simons life that night. Simon was kind and loving despite being mistreated. May he rest peacefully.

He was one of the greatest assets to our rescue mission. Moreover, he was a content individual who had never spoken out of turn.
