Who won and why: The patriots because they held up strong and a group of men called the "minutemen" chased the troops all the way back to Boston.

The declaration of independence was written to give reasons why the colonies should not be apart of Britain, should have rights, and know their rights are protected.

Who won and why: The battle was won by the patriots because the French helped them with supplies and more troops. Their troops added with the patriots troops outweighed the British and made them win.
