I feel enclosed in my house like I am trapped and I feel like this trick will help me get over that feeling. By working in intervals or spacing, we can better study.

By incorporating this skill I hope to better myself when I study and not get so stressed out. When I work in long periods of time, I end up getting extremely stressed and feel trapped as I had mentioned.

Skill/Method: Minimizing Distractions

I chose this skill because : When I work I often have my phone next to me and I pick up the phone whenever i see messages pop up or I get distracted by Instagram.

By incorporating this skill I hope to stop getting distracted by my surroundings. I know that this is my biggest time waster when I do work so minimising distractions will help me immensely.

Step to incorporating this skill

Step 1:
- Put my phone in a hard place to get so that I don't have the motivation to go and get it. I would either put it in a locked cabinet my parents have the key to or put it in a place I wouldn't be bothered to reach.

Step 2:
- I will use blocking apps on chrome so I don't get tempted to go to facebook or instagram.

Step 3:
- I will clear my workspace so I only have a few things on my desk which will minimise my fiddling.

Video :
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hP5TNI_2VRs
