Take three column notes during the session and fill out their reflection form after the session.

PE: Padilla and Edwards

-Students will be required to log 25 minutes of physical activity a day on google classroom. We have workout routines, videos, dances and also a log for the students to enter their information on.

-We also want our students to use "FLIPGRID" which will give each student the capability to record themselves performing their workout for the day.
